DrugHub staff operate on a self-service philosophy. Over 99.5% of all common account or order questions are answered instantly on automated support pages. Staff do not copy-paste search engine results or teach basic PGP operations.
1. General Platform Questions
Q: What is DrugHub Marketplace?
DrugHub is an independent darknet marketplace operating on Monero (XMR) payments and passwordless PGP security. It features open catalog browsing without registration, multi-vendor shopping cart checkout, and unique private user mirrors.
Q: Do I need an account to view product listings?
No. DrugHub permits free catalog browsing without registering or logging in. An account is only required when placing an order or communicating with vendors.
2. Security & PGP Authentication FAQ
Q: How do I log in without a password?
DrugHub presents an encrypted text message signed with your public PGP key. You decrypt the message locally using Kleopatra or GnuPG and submit the decrypted token back to the site. See our PGP Login Guide for step-by-step screenshots.
Q: Why was my account deleted after a few months?
Accounts inactive for 6 months are automatically deleted from server storage to preserve privacy and minimize database footprints. You can re-register using the same key.
3. Monero Payment & Invoice FAQ
Q: Why is Monero the only accepted coin?
Bitcoin transactions are public and vulnerable to blockchain surveillance. Monero obfuscates senders, receivers, and amounts by default, ensuring complete financial privacy.
Q: How do I fund my DrugHub wallet?
You do not pre-fund an account wallet. At cart checkout, DrugHub generates a unique XMR invoice address. Send the exact amount from your local Feather Wallet to complete payment.
4. Orders, Escrow & Dispute FAQ
Q: How long do I have to dispute an order?
You must open a dispute before the Auto-Finalize (AF) timer expires. Buyers can extend the AF timer by up to 14 days in their dashboard.
Q: How are disputes settled if a vendor changes listing terms?
When an order is created, DrugHub snapshots the exact listing description and reship policy. Disputes are judged against the snapshot saved at purchase time to prevent "bait-and-switch" tactics.
5. Vendor Application & Rules FAQ
Q: How much is the vendor bond?
Vendor bonds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Established vendors with verifiable vending history on other markets can request a bond waiver verified by PGP signature on our Vendor Portal.
